The course is open to all first responders.\n\n\nThis full-day training is built to strengthen leadership\, mindset\, and team culture from the inside out. The morning session focuses on how trust is formed\, what drives high-performing teams\, and how psychological safety creates an environment where people can communicate\, grow\, and succeed together. \nIn the afternoon\, participants move into The Ideal Team Player framework\, exploring humility\, emotional intelligence\, hunger for growth\, and the awareness needed to lead effectively. Grounded in the idea that leadership is influence\, the training challenges each person to reflect honestly on their role in shaping team culture — whether they are helping it thrive or holding it back. \nThe day concludes with a Warrior ethos and “Tip of the Spear Transformation\,” emphasizing personal accountability\, growth\, and practical steps toward becoming an exceptional\, highly functional team. Participants will leave empowered\, engaged\, and committed to raising the standard of both leadership and performance. \nThere are 3 sessions: March 10\, 11 and a makeup session on March 12th. Everything you want to know about Mutual Funds and the Stock market\, Traditional IRA vs. Roth IRA \nBanks– Why they are not your friend and how they are taking money from you every day \nCredit Cards-They kill our finances. America just topped a record $1.2 trillion in credit card debt \nBudgets– How to get started and why \nHome buying- ALL the expenses and costs that get overlooked \nMortgages- 15 years vs. 30 years\, HELOC\, ARM \nCar buying– Avoid the traps and tricks. Who actually qualifies for 0%/low-interest financing? Why you should never trade your car in. Understand how the car market works and how much you are actually paying. \nInsurance– Car\, Home\, Life\, Open Enrollment coverages. Many have the wrong coverage or too much. I will show how insurance really works and how you can save money each month and year.
