After Action is a dedicated support program designed to address the mental health needs of first responders, including sheriffs, deputies and correctional officers. Our mission is to provide confidential, trauma-informed care to those who serve on the front lines—helping them recover from critical incidents, manage long-term stress, and build resilience. The program is operated by professionals who understand the unique pressures of law enforcement and are committed to protecting those who protect us.
The First Responder Project, Inc. (FRP) provides education and training programs, therapeutic retreats and peer connection opportunities to support the psychological and emotional well-being of first responders. These services help responders manage stress, restore purpose and maintain both operational readiness and family balance. FRP creates a safe space where first responders can recharge and regain resilience, ensuring they have the tools to continue serving effectively.
