Level Up is a 4 hour FDSA training course focused on helping law enforcement professionals recognize how the job changes us over time and how to be more intentional about where we go from here. It is a candid, practical conversation about managing the monotony of a career, cumulative stress, relationships, physical and mental health, finances, identity beyond the badge, purpose and preparing for life after the job. I use a lot of personal experience, stories and humor to make it relatable, but the message is really about staying engaged, recalibrating when necessary and making sure we finish our careers strong and retire well. FDSA provides the training at no cost to the hosting agency.
