FDSA legal benefits provide legal representation for on-duty incidents, including use of force, vehicle crashes involving serious injuries and investigations involving Internal Affairs and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

If your individual or group membership with FDSA does not include legal benefits, contact our team to request pricing. We can help add it to your plan.

Personal legal services are an additional $20 per month for individual FDSA members with legal benefits. For members who are part of a Sheriff’s Office membership, personal legal services are available for $25 per month.
