If you or your sheriff’s office purchased legal benefits from FDSA, you will use this hotline to request emergency assistance and legal representation. This benefit provides legal representation for on-duty incidents including use of force, vehicle crashes involving serious injuries and investigations involving Internal Affairs and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
If you are eligible for LifeBridge life insurance benefits, please download and complete the Eligibility Form then return it as instructed. You can find more information about eligibility requirements here.
